Welcome to the July edition of Peterborough Workspace Newsletter.
I hope that you are all finding this hot weather not too much of a distraction. Certainly, it has not reduced the number of enquiries that we are receiving, which has remained steady, at between 1-2 a week, for the past twelve months.
Last month, we did see one business, NV Leisure, move out but Earthly Gems Ltd have moved in, meaning that we still have three units available, details of which are set out below.
We continued with our programme of free workshops last month with two delivered, the first was a Business Builder Workshop by Rawlinsons, the second, by Ian Watkins of Oxbridge Technology, on “how to get the best out of your I.T”. This month we only have one workshop, which is again by Rawlinsons on the “key lessons in winning”, this will be the last workshop, as we take a summer break, until September. As mentioned previously I see these workshops as being one of the reasons why we have an 85% success rate of businesses still trading successfully after 3 years, which is more than twice the national average.
This month's Business Link article is the second part of “Looking for finance” and looks at some of the government schemes which are available.
Peterborough Workspace is ideal for those businesses working from home who want to get to the next level. If you are aware of any such business which would benefit from the services which we provide please refer them directly to me.
