Welcome to the July '08 edition of the Peterborough Workspace Newsletter.
We continue to see a good level of enquires although no new businesses moved in last month. Occupancy remains high with only three units currently available.
Property Search Group, who had been with us for about four years, moved on to bigger premises in May. It is always encouraging for all the businesses to see one of our companies move on due to expansion.
Peterborough Workspace has an excellent track record in supporting business with approximately 85% of all businesses who move into Peterborough Workspace still trading successfully after 3 years, which is about twice the national average.
I am pleased to say that the new boardroom is now ready and the free workshops for the onsite businesses are starting again this month, the first will be by Rawlinsons who will be delivering one of their Business Builder Forums this time on the 7 Keys to Business Success. Later in the month Alan Brighton of Action Coach will be presenting a Business Coaching workshop. In addition,this month also sees the first time that we have run all day courses when on 5th and 12th June Wendy Howard of Spirit of Venus will be delivering Sales Courses at cost of £30 per person.
Like last year the Peterborough Workspace team will be attending the East of England show on 13th, 14th and 15th June and again we will be in the Federation of Small Business's tent. If you are passing please pop in and say hello.
This month's Business Link feature is titled “Does your business need a marketing makeover?” and the Workspace House business article is on Game Solution who have been with us a year.
